Due to the dynamic growth of our company, we are looking for a person for the position of HR Manager in Germany.
The role:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate assessments.
* Facilitate onboarding process, handle all administrative tasks including preparation of job descriptions, contractual terms and conditions of employment.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding all HR related matters.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems (BambooHR) as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote an engaging work environment and ensure employee satisfaction.
* Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Cooperate with payroll provider regarding monthly payroll, being the primary backup for payroll processing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
* Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
* Frequent business travel within Germany and occasionally on an international level.
Your qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field or equivalent work experience with at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR position
* In-depth knowledge of German HR practices, policies and employment/labor laws
* Excellent communication skills and the talent to empathetically promote cultural awareness and build relationships at all levels of the organization,
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferably BambooHR)
* Fluent in spoken and written English and German, minimum C1 level
