We are looking for a Regional Recruiter (f/m/d) to join us and help shape the future of talent acquisition at Endress+Hauser Group Services Germany. Based in Weil am Rhein, our entity provides strategic and operational services to the Endress+Hauser Group, supporting our global network with innovative HR, IT, and finance solutions.

If so, this role is for you. As a Regional Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment strategy, working closely with HR Business Partners and Line Managers across the region. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team within our corporate function, helping to shape the future of recruitment at Endress+Hauser.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
1. Coordinate with HR Business Partners to manage the full recruitment life-cycle from intake meeting to shortlisting and interviewing candidates
2. Partner with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to understand recruitment needs and build active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill or critical positions
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Line Managers to develop a deep understanding of their objectives and team culture
4. Act as an advisor to Line Managers and HR Business Partners, developing tailor-made search plans to identify the best-fit candidates
5. Identify, attract, and screen candidates across all disciplines (R&D, Commercial, Operations, Service, etc.)
6. Stay up to date with business, marketplace, legal, and recruitment trends to ensure best practices
7. Collaborate with the Employer Branding team on regional initiatives
8. Build and maintain talent pools across all relevant segments and entities
What do we expect from you?
You:
9. Have experience in corporate recruiting or with a recruiting agency
10. Bring a deep understanding of the Swiss recruitment market and knowledge of other EU markets, especially Germany
11. Remain calm and focused in a dynamic environment
12. Are an innovative, creative thinker with the ability to design bespoke recruiting strategies
13. Are business fluent in English and German
14. Have strong consulting skills and the confidence to challenge constructively when needed
15. Are a naturally enthusiastic and network-oriented personality
