The Germany subsidiary, located in Berlin, is looking to reinforce its team with a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the business in the regions of Southeast Germany (Bavaria) and Southwest of Germany (Baden-Württemberg).

Your responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and other medical experts in the assigned TA.
* Support the medical community with up-to-date disease knowledge, scientific expertise, and product information.
* Engages in peer-level scientific exchange, sharing clinical and preclinical data, including mechanisms of action, product positioning, and relevant treatment guidelines. They also support clinical trial activities by assisting with site identification and enrolment, providing protocol and disease training, liaising with investigators, and presenting approved study data when needed.
* Manage unsolicited research proposals and forward them to appropriate internal stakeholders.
* Collect and communicate actionable medical insights from the field to internal teams (Medical Affairs, R&D, Commercial, etc.).
* Contribute to medical initiatives: advisory boards, publications, education programs, speaker training, etc.
* Collaborates cross-functionally by providing scientific support to Sales beyond promotional activities, support scientific value communication with Market Access and HEOR teams, and offering field-based trial support to Clinical Operations and CROs.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
* Deliver scientific training to internal stakeholders as needed.
* Generate and implement regional medical tactical plans aligned with national medical strategy.
* Use CRM and mapping tools to identify and prioritize key stakeholders.
* Accurately document and report MSL field activities in line with internal standards
What we expect from you:
* Master’s degree in life sciences (, biology, pharmacy, chemistry etc.), a PhD or MD is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Medical Affairs or MSL role, preferably in company’s therapeutic area focus
* Strong background in clinical development and medical support of drug launches, along with demonstrated knowledge of compliance, regulation rules, data protection and field-based experience across functional teams
* Strong knowledge of launch readiness and market shaping is a distinct advantage. Launch experience is essential.
* Excellent knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market
* Adequate knowledge of compliance and regulation rules, as well as data protection.
* Advanced experience in common user programs, like CRM systems, virtual tools, MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
* Excellent in German & English (spoken and written)
* Residence in Southeast of Germany (Bavaria) and Southwest of Germany (Baden-Württemberg) and willing to travel frequently (up to 60-80%) within the assigned territory
