Our client is a fast-growing IT company providing tailored, high-impact software solutions for the manufacturing industry across Europe. To strengthen their presence in Germany, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Country Manager with a hunter mindset and a passion for new business development .
Your mission
You will be responsible for winning new clients in the German manufacturing sector and driving the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing complex software project deals. With a focus on medium-sized to large industrial companies (typically €50m+ revenue), you'll help expand the company’s footprint in one of its key markets
What you bring
* Proven track record in IT consulting or custom software sales, ideally in a hunter role
* A strong network in the manufacturing industry, especially in smart devices, industrial automation, commercial appliances, or related segments
* A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the German market
* Experience managin g long sales cycles (6–12 months) and navigating complex B2B sales environments
* Based in the greater Düsseldorf area (or willing to relocate); the role is 100% remote / home office
* Fluent in German and English
