Responsibilities
Internal & External Communications:
* Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies for the European region.
* Manage the communications office mailbox and ensure timely, professional responses and follow-ups.
* Create and manage content for newsletters, intranet updates, and employee engagement campaigns.
Content Creation:
* Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content in English for various audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency.
* Translate complex technical or strategic content into accessible language for a lay audience.
* Design and develop PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership, ensuring visual clarity and strategic alignment..
Social Media & Digital Engagement:
* Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to enhance the company's visibility in Europe.
* Create engaging graphics and written content tailored to different platforms.
Team Collaboration & Support:
* Work closely with the Communications Manager and cross-functional teams across time zones.
* Support daily operations of the communications office, including email triage, scheduling, and ad hoc requests.
Qualification and Skills
* Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in both internal and external communications.
* Strong command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
* Proven ability to create executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
* Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
* Able to manage workload independently while contributing to a collaborative, international team.
* Flexible and adaptable to accommodate global collaboration across different time zones.
* Proficient in social media platforms, digital tools, and graphic creation is a plus.
