DeepSkill is looking for an experienced Software Developer (m/f/d) who will use modern technologies to develop and enhance innovative solutions for our learning platform. End-to-end responsibility for software features, including requirement clarification, software design, programming, code reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Performance optimization and architectural improvements to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Active collaboration and regular communication with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Sales) to address technical requirements, feature planning, and issue resolution. Requirements Hard skills: Several years of professional experience in full-stack software development using modern technologies, such as React/Vue/NextJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, SCSS/SASS, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and REST APIs. Solid experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Docker containerization, and CI/CD processes. Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and modern deployment workflows. Experience or enthusiasm for integrating AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and innovation is a strong plus. Excellent command of English; German skills are a plus. Soft skills: Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented work approach with high flexibility. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
