You will support our shipping team in Renningen. The position is temporary and full-time.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
1. Processing shipping orders (within Germany, the EU and third countries)
2. Preparation/provision of all documents required for shipping in cooperation with the responsible order management team
3. Export documentation, export documents
4. Export control
5. Organization of internal company transport between the Renningen headquarters and the production facility in Teplice/Czech Republic
6. Registration of shipments with the designated modes of transport (modal/multimodal)
7. Monitoring of timely and proper order processing, control of corrective measures
8. Determining the type of shipment, packaging and scope of shipment in coordination with the team and supervisor
9. Obtaining and evaluating offers for national/international transportation
10. Operational deputy to the head of department
Show your expertise
11. Completed commercial training, e.g. management assistant for forwarding and logistics services
12. Knowledge of third country processes
13. Experience in the area of export control
14. Experience in processing shipping orders - spare parts, CEP, general cargo, part loads, full loads (within Germany, EU and third countries)
15. Team player
16. Hands-on mentality
17. High degree of flexibility and reliability
18. Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
