Support the global, data driven marketing activities of the RATIONAL Group
You further improve, extent and automate our communication channels and processes based on the technology stack of Salesforce
Enable and support data driven, personalized and omnichannel communication
Plan, execute and monitor international digital campaigns in close cooperation with Product Marketing, Field & Industry Marketing and Digital Communication teams
Support subsidiaries with newsletter creation and sending, target group selection, local campaign and activity planning
Sound knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud is a strong plus)
Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
High level of enthusiasm and motivation to continuously improve customer experience and enable, train and support colleagues across regions
