Your responsibilities
1. Ensure Uniper's adherence to the CSRD E1 standard and forthcoming EU regulations related to climate change. Stay informed about evolving requirements.
2. Lead the development and coordinate reporting efforts on climate-related topics such as strategy, governance, policies, targets and actions for the Climate Transition Plan and E1 chapter of the Sustainability Statement of the Annual Report
3. Oversee and mange the audit of the Sustainability Statement chapter on Climate Change including increasing audit requirements
4. Manage the delivery of Unipers Climate Transition Plan considering that up-to-date stakeholder expectations and industry practice is properly reflected
5. Facilitate coordination and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
6. Cooperation with and interface to the corporate strategy with regards to climate strategy and governance considerations
Your profile
7. University degree in either Sustainability or Environmental Sciences, Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field ans knowledge of CSRD regulation as well as other sustainability and climate related regulations
8. Proven track record and at least 3 years working experience in project management in a corporate environment or/and in operational excellence tools and methods; certification a plus
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
10. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills as well as attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling and reporting
11. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about processes
12. Fluent in English, any other language a plus
