WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT In your new role, you are the key contact for the administration of customer rebate processes, with a strong focus on Market Investment (MI), reporting operationally to the Controller for Subregion North in EMEA and administratively to the Head of Regional Controlling EMEA. You manage and coordinate rebate activities across countries, working closely with Controllers, sales representatives, Finance and Accounts Receivable. Furthermore, you handle all administrative tasks related to MI, including routing requests for approval, maintaining SAP condition contracts, raising billing documents and monitoring performance. You drive standardization and automation of rebate processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Additionally, you ensure compliance with internal guidelines for all existing and new rebate contracts. You respond to internal and external audit queries and provide necessary documentation. Lastly, you support country Controllers with both technical and content-related questions regarding MI.
