Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounting of assigned clients from A to Z, ensuring Lux GAAP and IFRS compliance.
* Prepare and review annual accounts, consolidation packs, and management reports.
* Handle corporate tax and VAT returns, liaising with tax authorities when required.
* Oversee bookkeeping processes, review junior team member work, and provide guidance and training.
* Act as key contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships while ensuring high standards of service.
* Participate in implementing and improving accounting processes and systems.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Luxembourg within a fiduciary, PFS, or similar financial services environment.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP. Familiarity with IFRS considered an asset.
* Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, German, etc.) a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
* Collaborative team spirit combined with capacity to work autonomously.
