This is a confidential search led by an external head-hunter working in a retained capacity —you'll be representing a technologically advanced OEM with decades of industry reputation and a strong product portfolio in automated panel bending, folding systems, and metal-forming solutions. The Role As Field Sales Representative, you'll: Manage and grow direct customer relationships in your territory Sell high-quality, capital-intensive equipment into sheet metal fabrication, HVAC, and architectural metalwork markets Handle complex sales cycles including demonstrations, quotations, and contract negotiation Collaborate with internal technical experts for tailored solutions ✅ About You 3 years of experience in capital equipment, machine tool, or factory automation sales Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes (bending, folding, or laser cutting is a plus) Confident in handling long-cycle technical sales and building relationships with engineering stakeholders Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a regional sales territory independently Fluent in German and professional level English Why Apply?
