Tasks & responsibilities You will translate HR and business requirements into impactful and viable concepts, insights, and interventions on a global scale and across various functions. By leveraging industry best practices, regulations, and trends, you will identify, assess, and develop state-of-the-art job evaluation solutions (methodologies and processes) to support organizational health initiatives. A global job evaluation framework and governance model will be designed and implemented by you, ensuring consistent roll-out, alignment, and adherence to standards across all R/OPUs. You will also clarify local versus global governance to ensure competitiveness, equity, and transparency. To empower stakeholders, you will develop and execute training and change management approaches for HR teams, GBS HR, and other relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to local HR teams. You will support the development and periodic review of a global catalogue of standard jobs aligned with Boehringer's skill-based role architecture ('Skill Catalyst'). This includes ensuring updates, documentation, and version control in SAP SuccessFactors. Stakeholder engagement and formal intake/approval processes for evolving job profile requirements will be established by you. You will collaborate closely with HRBPs, CoE Talent GoA, GBS HR, IT, and external consultants to ensure optimal solution delivery. By monitoring and assessing data, you will identify trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will continuously enhance governance models, processes, and frameworks to meet the future needs of the business. Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Consulting, or a related field Multi-year experience and expertise in HR, with strong expertise in Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) or similar strategic HR roles, including job evaluation methodologies and tools Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional, high-impact projects involving large budgets, complex interfaces, and diverse teams; strong consulting orientation and ability to manage ambiguity Expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management, with strong facilitation and influencing skills to align HRBPs, TalentGoA, and business leaders; ability to train stakeholders in new methodologies Skilled in process design and governance, including structured review and intake processes with clear decision criteria; experience in global matrix organizations with complex job structures High data literacy and HRIS expertise (e.g., SuccessFactors), including interpreting data, managing version control, and maintaining audit trails; analytical and structured thinker with a collaborative mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, combined with an understanding of employment regulations and practices Ready to contact us?
