We have a new vacancy for a high calibre M&A Vice President to become part of our successful, dynamic and fast-growing Frankfurt M&A Team. The Role
* Independent initiation and leading of financing and restructuring projects, as well as oversight and coordination of execution teams
* Acquisition of Sell and Buyside mandates and derivative of DC Advisory‘s sector expertise and presence in the market
* Relationship building with decision-makers of sponsors, banks, lawyers and companies
* Oversight of complex LBO financing models, and market valuation (DCF, LBO, Multiples) in close cooperation with our clients
* Drafting and structuring of pitch-books and active participation in client meetings and marketing activities
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experience
* Academic degree from a top university, ideally within Economics, Finance, Business or related field
* Excellent analytical skills, with quick comprehension and knowledge in business valuation and financial reporting
* Attention to detail and excellent self-organisation skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
* Business-fluent proficiency in German and English (verbal and written) is essential
