What the job involves
* Lead the firm's market entry and expansion in Germany
* Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with European growth goals
* Source, structure, and manage investments, focusing on lower mid‑market opportunities
* Build, mentor, and lead an investment team to deliver high performance
* Foster strong relationships with management teams, advisors, investors, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with international leadership to ensure alignment across regions
* Represent the firm as a trusted partner in the German investment community
Who we are looking for
* Minimum 8 years of experience in mid‑market private equity or related investment sectors
* Proven track record in sourcing and executing successful deals in the DACH market
* Experience in technology or business services investments is preferred
* Strong local network and deep understanding of Germany's corporate and investment landscape
* Curious and open‑minded, with a passion for learning and growth
* Demonstrated leadership and team‑building skills
* Excellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation abilities
* Fluent in German and English, Spanish is a plus
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow the firm's DACH presence
