YOUR MISSION
1. Drive revenue, profitability, and long-term growth across strategic accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong, future-oriented relationships with strategic customers.
3. Develop and implement seasonal strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Operations).
4. Planning and executing customer meetings, business reviews, and events to strengthen partnerships and drive sell-in and sell-through performance.
5. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sell-through data to optimize assortments and drive impactful business decisions.
6. Conduct regular sales reporting and planning (weekly to annually) and manage pre-season and re-order processes.
YOUR TALENT
7. University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
8. Proven experience in Key Account management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Industry knowledge and a strong passion for the sports industry and the latest market trends.
10. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
11. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
12. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
