We have just picked up a fantastic opportunity to join a global investment bank in Munich! This role is a Team Assistant position joining the firm and another assistant to not support a managing director, but also take on some light office management duties.
The team in Munich is absolutely incredible and they also love to get together for social and sporting events to keep the team spirit alive! The culture in this office is unmatched and perfect for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves, bring energy and positive attitude to the office.
German and English are essential in this role as you will be working closely together with other assistants across different offices.

MAIN DUTIES:
Assistant – direct support to the Managing Partners & some more junior Investment Professionals based in Munich (full diary management, travel arrangements, secretarial & organisational support)
Office Management – overall responsibility for leading the office & ensuring the wider team is supported well and office is running smoothly.
Projects – assistance with events & process implementation
