Amazon Advertising Manager
will play a critical role in shaping client experience, driving adoption, and influencing product evolution.
The Role The
Amazon Advertising Manager
will be responsible for ensuring enterprise clients achieve maximum value from the platform, from onboarding through to long-term growth. The
Amazon Advertising Manager
will act as a subject matter expert, providing both strategic and tactical guidance while working cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams. The
Amazon Advertising Manager
will also identify opportunities to expand account value, reduce churn, and continuously improve client-facing processes and documentation.
The Amazon Advertising Manager will Manage and develop strong relationships with enterprise brands and agency partners. Lead client onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, driving timely and effective resolution. Gather and translate client feedback into actionable insights for product and leadership teams. Track usage, engagement, and performance metrics to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
Essential Skills The
Amazon Advertising Manager
will bring: Experience in client success, customer service, or account management roles - A great role to transition from agency side to tech! Experience within Amazon Ads, retail media, or wider ad-tech environments. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups. Proven ability to influence internal teams and manage cross-functional initiatives. A proactive, accountable mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Desirable Experience Background working with enterprise brands or agency clients. Experience building onboarding processes, workflows, or training documentation. Exposure to SaaS platforms, analytics tools, or AI-driven technology products. Experience delivering client education via webinars, training sessions, or sales support.
