As part of its internship programme, ING Luxembourg is seeking a trainee for its Private Banking department. This course has a minimum duration of 6 months from mid-September.
Detailed description of the duties to be performed by the student trainee:
* Contribute to the production of ING Private Banking risk reports and dashboards
* Assist in producing reports on the performance of various ING Private Banking products
* Improve and optimise the existing reporting system through simplification proposals
* Participate in projects to develop new tools and reports to better cover ING Private Banking risks
Knowledge or skills developed by the trainee:
* Develop knowledge in financial risk, economics, financial markets, regulation, statistics and IT tools
* Develop analytical skills, initiative, responsiveness, teamwork and autonomy as well as effective communication with internal clients
Your profile:
Knowledge and experience:
* Bachelor's degree +4/+5 with economic, financial or commercial orientation
* Previous banking experience will be considered an asset
* First-hand knowledge of financial products and risk indicators
Skills:
* Strong communication skills, presentation and discretion
* Excellent organisational skills and rigour, attention to detail
* Proficient in Excel including VBA, Python
Languages:
* Essential oral and written proficiency in French and English. Proficiency in any other language will be considered an asset.
