Reports to: Head of Global Network ArchitectureWe are seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead the architectural design and strategic evolution of complex, enterprise-scale network environments. This is a highly technical role requiring deep expertise across data centre, cloud, security, and WAN technologies, combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.The RoleAs Network Architect, you will be responsible for the architectural and solution design of production network environments, including:Azure Cloud infrastructureNetwork SecuritySite LAN & WiFiSD-WAN solutionsYou will collaborate closely with internal teams and external managed service partners who provide operational and implementation support. The successful candidate will bring experience in large-scale network environments and a track record of delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign solutions across Sites & Campuses, Security Perimeters, and WAN environmentsArchitect and optimise highly available, secure, and compliant network infrastructuresDesign and implement micro-segmentation strategies aligned with security requirementsLead network deployment activities during mergers and acquisitions onboarding initiativesEnsure architectural compliance with regulatory frameworks including DORA, BAFIN, and VAITPartner with Technical Project Managers to align network engineering sequencing with project prioritiesExperience & Technical ExpertiseProven proficiency in LAN, Firewalls, Data Centre, WiFi, and WAN design, management, and standardisationExtensive experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting LAN solutions in Data Centres and Site LAN/WiFi environments using Aruba switching platforms and gatewaysStrong experience designing network security solutions using Fortinet firewalls and ZscalerExperience operating within a global team structure across internal and external resourcesBackground in blended IT models combining in-house capability with Managed Service DeliveryStrong technical knowledge of routing, switching, security, firewall technologies, DMZ environments, and WiFiExperience supporting the technical integration of organisations during M&A activitiesAbility to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
