Senior Manager – Asset & Wealth Management Consulting (Regulatory Risk & Compliance)
A leading global consultancy is expanding its German team and seeking a Senior Manager to help drive the growth of its Asset & Wealth Management practice. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a newly established German office, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Germany or from Frankfurt.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and deliver complex consulting projects across regulatory risk, compliance, and change management
* Advise top-tier asset managers and private banks on regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, EMIR, etc.)
* Build and manage strong client relationships and lead business development initiatives
* Mentor junior consultants and support the strategic growth of the German practice
* Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and service development
What We’re Looking For:
* 7+ years’ experience in regulatory risk and compliance within asset management
* Deep understanding of European financial regulations
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel when required
* A strong academic background and relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, PMP, etc.) are a plus
