Your Responsibilities
* Business development: Building and maintaining new client relationships, identifying client requirements, and developing solutions in Customer Transformation and Energy & Utilities
* Managing customer campaigns and service activities (Win-Back, Re-activation, Opt-In collection, Up- and Cross-Selling)
* Developing and benchmarking sales and customer service processes
* Optimizing B2B/B2C sales
* Building and optimizing an end-to-end Lead2Cash customer journey
Your Skills & Experience
* Several years of experience in management consulting within Customer Transformation and Energy & Utilities
* Passion for topics around energy sales (customer centricity/experience, product development, meter-to-cash operations)
* Experience in the energy industry, especially in sales processes and organizations
* Relevant experience in project management, leadership, acquisition, and sales of service offerings
* Desirable: first experience with AI in customer service and sales
* A distinguished degree in energy, technical, or information technology fields
* Enjoyment in combining technical understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work
* High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading global consulting firm
* Strong presentation and moderation skills, excellent MS Office skills
* Excellent German and English language skills
