Your tasks
8. Infrastructure & Networks: Administration of servers (hardware, services, applications), virtualization and storage systems, as well as network components (including firewall, security appliance) and PBX systems.
9. Identity Management: Reliable management of user accounts and rights.
10. Support & Client Management: Client administration and user support (Windows 11) on-site at the main location in the Ruhr area as well as remote support for a nationwide branch office and home office workstations.
11. Mobile Devices: Configuration and administration of mobile devices under Windows and iOS.
12. Software support: Installation, configuration, commissioning and support of software solutions (e.g. Microsoft 365, in-house developments).
13. Projects & Training: Active participation in cross-departmental IT projects and conducting user training.
Your profile
14. Qualification: Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience.
15. Microsoft expertise: Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows Server, Exchange and SQL Server (each from version 2022 onwards).
16. Virtualization & Monitoring: Sound knowledge of various virtualization systems (especially VMware) as well as network and server monitoring.
17. Network technology: Practical experience in setting up, configuring and optimizing networks (LAN, WLAN, firewalls, site networking, VPN).
18. Cloud & Modern Workplace: Solid practical experience in the administration of M365 (e.g., Intune, M365 Defender, EntraID) as well as experience with Microsoft Azure (network, VMs, App Services, Key Vaults, automation and DevOps).
19. Soft skills: High level of commitment, teamwork skills and flexibility.
