The Mission We are headhunting a precision-focused clinician from Berlin’s top-tier medical centers (Charité, Vivantes, etc.) for a dedicated 1:1 nursing role with an 80-year-old VIP principal. This position transfers your skills from the capital to the deck of a private superyacht. You will manage the principal’s health while the vessel undertakes a glamorous "High Summer" itinerary, anchoring in the legendary bay of Saint-Tropez, the colorful harbor of Portofino, and the dramatic limestone coast of Capri. Your role is to ensure clinical stability amidst the vibrant social calendar of the Mediterranean elite.
The Team You will report directly to a Lead British Doctor, who provides the strategic medical oversight for the vessel. The team is bolstered by onboard Physiotherapists who manage the principal’s mobility, and a supportive cadre of Western-trained nurses. This is a fully staffed medical unit, not a solo post.
The Safety We strictly uphold a double-nurse shift system. We understand that vigilance degrades with fatigue, so we ensure you always have a clinical partner on shift and guaranteed rest hours. This structure gives you the freedom to decompress and explore the iconic destinations on the itinerary during your downtime.
The Process We respect the logistics of your current employment. The entire initial screening and technical interview are conducted via a secure online platform, allowing you to finalize your contract from Berlin before deploying to the Mediterranean.

* Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (Hochschulabschluss).
* Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, A&E, or Trauma).
* Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency (essential for team communication).
* Licensure: State-recognized registration (Urkunde über die Erlaubnis zur Führung der Berufsbezeichnung).
