On behalf of a client in the Pharma and Healthcare industry, we are currently looking for a freelance Senior Influencer Strategy Lead (m/f/d) to support an exciting project. Responsibilities: Develop a global influencer strategy focused on topics such as obesity, weight management, and related health areas. Provide strategic input and guidance on future influencer collaboration concepts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and their agencies. Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. Collaborate closely with internal marketing and communications teams as well as external partners. Tasks: Design and implement a long-term influencer strategy. Analyze existing campaigns and identify optimization opportunities. Develop guidelines and processes for global influencer collaboration. Monitor influencer marketing trends and derive strategic actions. Coordinate closely with agencies and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Several years of senior-level experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record. Deep understanding of the influencer landscape and agency collaboration. Experience in developing global strategies and concepts. Industry knowledge in health awareness, ideally with a focus on obesity, diabetes, or related topics. Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus. Key Competencies: Strong strategic and analytical thinking. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. High level of initiative and assertiveness. Ability to present complex topics clearly and effectively. Tech-savvy with modern work organization skills.
