University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Business Informatics / Information Systems or a comparable qualification Ideally first experience with ServiceNow (HRSD). We support with HRSD certification process, if needed. Familiarity with other HR systems and the interaction of the various systems is desirable. Professional experience in process modeling Solid understanding of HR processes/end-to-end solutions and how they can be supported digitally in an international context.
