About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director (Industrial Scaffolding) for an exciting opportunity based in Frankfurt, Germany. In this senior management role, you will oversee multiple industrial contracts, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and contract performance for projects in the region.
What You Will Do
* Lead contract operations for major industrial scaffolding projects in Germany.
* Deliver safe, profitable, and compliant contract performance, achieving commercial targets.
* Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams and key personnel.
* Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of activities in line with client and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain and report on performance metrics, budgeting, and profitability for multiple contracts.
* Champion health, safety, and environmental excellence across all sites.
* Drive business development and participate in the acquisition of new contracts.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Foster a high-performance culture and promote the company’s values within your teams.

Essential Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ supervisory/management experience in scaffolding or a related industrial services field
* Demonstrable project management experience, with P&L accountability
* Outstanding organizational, commercial, and financial skills
* Fluent or professional-level German language skills (essential for team and client interactions)
* Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building abilities
* Deep understanding of health & safety standards within industrial operations
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
