About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Coordination and implementation of local CRM campaigns in close coordination with the global team
2. Initiation, implementation and tracking of local measures to acquire new customers and increase sign-up rates
3. Planning and implementation of local promotions, events and new activation formats to promote sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
4. Close cooperation with Store Managers and the local Retail Team, Customer Service, Global CRM and other internal stakeholders
5. Analysis of results and derivation of specific recommendations for action
6. Testing and integration of AI-supported tools and automation
7. Development of innovative CRM activations
8. Introducing new ideas and tools to optimize the CRM landscape
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
9. Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, business administration, communication or comparable training)
10. Practical experience in CRM, campaign and event management
11. Fluency in German and English (additional knowledge of Italian or French is a plus)
12. Experience in using analytical tools to measure and optimize performance as an advantage
13. High level of initiative, structured way of working and strong numerical skills
14. AI affinity as an advantage
