Good morning, I am currently looking for a freelancer Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics & Field Service Management (M ‑ Level) (m/w/d) with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics and Field Service Management. The ideal candidate will act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, future-proof solutions. Project: Start : ASAP Duration: first contract for 3 months- extension possible Capacity: Full-time preferred (5 days/week); 3-4 days/week possible Contract : FREELANCE Location: Southern Germany (on-site approx. every 3 weeks for 2 days; otherwise remote) Project languages : English (Fluent) and German (Fluent) Responsibilities Lead the solution design for Microsoft Dynamics and Field Service / Technical Service modules (e.g., FS/TS, APPLD) within a complex Build-&-Rollout environment. Translate business requirements into technical architecture and target operating models. Conduct workshops with stakeholders across business and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions. Coordinate with adjacent teams (e.g., ERP, CRM, Integration, Infrastructure) to ensure end-to-end alignment. Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and rollout phases. Ensure solution consistency, adherence to best practices, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Support documentation, governance, and decision-making processes. Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics projects. Proven expertise in Field Service Management (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service or comparable technologies). Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture principles. Experience working in industrial or mechanical engineering environments is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
