A well-established industrial group is seeking an experienced SAP leader to head its Application Consulting function.This role blends strategy, leadership, and project delivery within a modern, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a team of SAP consultants
* Oversee SAP operations and drive the S/4HANA transformation
* Advise stakeholders on business process improvements
* Lead SAP projects and coordinate with external partners
Your Profile
* Degree in IT, Business, or similar
* Fluency in German and English
* Leadership experience in SAP environments
* Strong knowledge of SAP systems (ECC, HCM, Basis)
* Hands-on with rollouts, migrations & agile projects
* Strategic mindset with a proactive approach
