Utility BESS Sales Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the growth of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sales in Poland, the Baltic states, and the Nordic countries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of local power markets, grid policies, and energy project development processes to identify, develop, and secure BESS business opportunities.
* Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the region, including EPCs, project developers, utilities, and distributors.
* Lead commercial negotiations, tender processes, and contract signing for large-scale utility energy storage projects.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy, International Trade, or related fields, and possess minimum 3 years of sales experience in large-scale utility energy storage (BESS) or renewable energy. Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills are essential. A background in Chinese language is beneficial.
Requirements:
