Job Description: Lead strategic partnerships with key customers to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

1. Deep understanding of global end-user industries, especially in the chemical sector and new energy markets
\
2. Proven track record in global business development, integrated value proposition creation, and project management
\
3. Strong knowledge of industrial automation, power distribution systems, and IT/OT digital simulation
\
4. Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple entities and geographies
\
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
\
6. Fluency in both German and English
\
7. Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT/OT technology, or sustainability
\
8. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
\
9. Industry-specific certifications and training a plus
