Their work spans software-defined electronic warfare, AI-enabled mission systems, and partnerships with governments and defence leaders.They only work with democratic governments and have made trust and transparency core to how they operate. Munich is the centre of much of that work, and the pace of hiring there is accelerating fast.Recruitment here is a strategic lever. The expectations are high, but so is the impact.The rolesYou’ll join a small, high-performing global TA team and be trusted to run things end-to-end. These are not layered, siloed roles. You’ll work directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders and have a real voice in how things are built.There are two open positions with slightly different focuses:Senior TA PartnerThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, designing processes, and working upstream with leadership. You’ll be helping shape hiring strategy, solve hard problems, and own some of the most complex and senior roles.TA PartnerThis one is more focused on execution and volume hiring. You’ll be hiring across a wide range of technical and non-technical roles, bringing structure and pace to a high-growth environment. It’s hands-on, fast-moving and broad in scope.Both roles are based in Munich. You’ll be in the office 2 to 3 days per week, with flexibility to manage your time around the needs of the business.
