Your new role
Reporting into the CEMEA Managing Director for Enterprise Solutions, you will be a key member of the CEMEA Enterprise Solutions leadership team. You will be accountable for overseeing development of high-quality solutions for CEMEA Enterprise clients that leverage the breadth and depth of all of Hays’ services (both outsourcing and recruitment). This will involve leading or enabling shaping / solution design for complex/ multi regional opportunities and for coaching, enabling and supporting Sales and Solutions team members for simple or single region opportunities.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for developing new products based on service evolution plans working in collaboration with Global Solutions Lead.
You will be expected to maintain a strong external awareness of developments in services and technology linked to outsourced services and encouraged to take a broad macro perspective on the world beyond our current and traditional ways of operating so we can anticipate rather than simply react to the changing world of work, ensuring Hays has a relevant, focused and leading solutions portfolio.
The role will provide you with the opportunity to apply your extensive knowledge of workforce solutions and technology, in a variety of client facing workshops, meetings and service proposals with both new and existing clients.
Location: We are currently considering candidates across Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, and Austria. The final country in which this position will be based will be determined during the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for CEMEA Solutions development and direction, coaching and enabling of regional/local solutions staff covering:
1. Market review and analysis
Ongoing market review to identify current service gaps and new market opportunities through engagement with stakeholders: Internal, Clients, Prospects, Third parties and analysts.
2. Product and service development
Working with the Global Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for development of Services and Solutions to take advantage of market opportunities or gaps in existing service offerings. You will be accountable for leadership of CEMEA Services and Solutions development including:
· Regional representative in global service roadmap programme
· Researching and designing “go to market products” and development of associated sales and operations collateral,
· Reviewing and scoring of new Services and Solutions proposal and recommending to regional leadership.
3. Solution leadership in sales and client development
You will be responsible for development of Regional and Local Solution leads knowledge, competencies and capabilities. Leading or enabling shaping/ solution application/ design for complex/ multi regional opportunities and for coaching, enabling and supporting Solutions team members for simple or single region opportunities. You will be accountable for acting as Services and Solutions expert within the sales, shaping and solutions process providing expert advice, guidance and input into the shaping, definition, and presentation of Hays value propositions, products, services, and technology.
4. Insight and knowledge
You will be accountable for enabling sales and Client development teams to engage with prospects and existing Clients by providing a program of market insights and thought leadership program. You will be working with the Marketing and Creative teams in the development of thought-leading insight and knowledge to think tank/ workshop programmers and generate content for both on and offline formats.
What do you need to succeed?
· A deep understanding of recruitment, RPO, MSP, CMO and SoW,
· Experience and ability to create convincing client’s solutions that secure new business and transform existing contracts,
· Good knowledge of the market, competitors, trends, and approaches,
· A deep understanding of technology systems utilized to support delivery of solutions,
· Writing and proof-reading experience; writing formal bids and tenders,
· Positive, proactive and example setter,
· Demonstrable communication, influencing and listening skills,
· Proven ability to produce high quality and accurate written documentation and reports,
· Exceptional written English skills,
· A high level of attention to detail,
· Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously and within a matrix,
· Flexible and adaptable to change – open and able to learn new skills,
· Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/database skills,
· An understanding of other resourcing, Talent and HR solutions and relevant technologies,
· Experience of planning, managing, and coordinating events is highly desirable,
· The ability to quickly build strong working relationships, interacting at various levels across a range of roles; Board, Resourcing, Procurement and HR,
· Project management experience.
