We are expanding our reception staff (m/f/d) and are offering full-time or part-time positions, starting 1st September or as soon as possible.

· Welcome guests and assure a smooth check-in

· You manage reservations and guest correspondence

· You show true hospitality spirt: You look after our guests attentively, obligingly and sensitively

· You perform organizational and administrative tasks to ensure excellent service for every guest

· Provide support at conferences and events in the hotel

· Attend to guests who visit the bar and perform related tasks (prepare beverages and snacks)

· Coordinate guest wishes and professionally handle complaints

· You manage the cash register

Your profile:

· You have experience in the hotel industry or are a motivated career changer. · You have good manners and a good ability to express yourself.
