As a Flightline Technical Planner (d/m/w) at Airbus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless preparation and coordination of aircraft materials and processes in the Flightline and Delivery phase. Located in Hamburg Finkenwerder, this full-time position (35h) involves a dynamic mix of technical planning, project participation, and problem-solving. Working closely with various stakeholders internally and externally, you will translate design documents into manufacturing tasks while monitoring real-time disruptions and initiating suitable measures. You will also manage material procurement, ensure adherence to technical solutions, and oversee the administrative and operational aspects of aircraft delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting aircraft operations post FOT (Fall Operation Test) at the Flightline and preparing deliveries to customers.
* Managing material procurement, delivery, and monitoring order processes.
* Recording maintenance issues and defining technical solutions.
* Identifying disruptions in real-time and coordinating corrective actions involving required departments.
* Providing technical and administrative support during the Flightline and Delivery phases.
* Planning and coordinating tasks with partners, suppliers, and external firms.
* Implementing design documents into manufacturing orders while considering technical instructions.
* Participating in projects and leading sub-projects as needed.
* Technical education or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* 2 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing and 1 year in production or manufacturing engineering.
* Aerospace experience and familiarity with Flightline/Delivery operations are critical.
* Advanced knowledge of IT tools such as SAP, zamiz, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, and Google Workspace.
* Proficiency in German and English at a negotiation level.
