<p>HR-Intern (m/f/d)</p><p><br></p><p>Your Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>•Supporting management and leadership team members with administrative tasks.</p><p>•Preparing statistics, reports, and presentations.</p><p>•Handling correspondence with business partners in English and Chinese, and in German where applicable.</p><p>•Creating, publishing, and managing job postings.</p><p>•Supporting applicant management and recruiting processes.</p><p>•Contributing to the optimization of daily business processes.</p><p>•Preparing and following up on meetings and conferences.</p><p>•Taking on office management tasks and supporting day-to-day operations.</p><p>•Assisting in the planning and organization of company events.Your Qualifications:</p><p>•Ongoing university studies or completed vocational training in a relevant field.</p><p>•Interest in or initial experience in organization and office management.•Good knowledge of MS Office applications.</p><p>•Basic knowledge of German labor law is an advantage.</p><p>•Ideally a student with good Chinese and English language skills; German skills are a plus.</p><p>•Reliability, discretion, and a team-oriented working style.</p><p></p>
