We are currently looking for a passionate, customer-solution-oriented, and open-minded individual to join our Customer Service Experience team as a "Customer Service Expert.” In this role, you will be mainly responsible for, but not limited to, the following: handling 3rd Level requests (claims and complaints); managing escalations; proactive case monitoring and proactive customer communication; quality assurance; and creating detailed reports regarding 2nd-level requests and escalations. You've got Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills Collaborative and Assertiveness. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within dynamic teams Excel and analytical skills (e.g., for root cause analysis) Experience with Contact Centers (ideally) Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (essential) Any other European languages would be advantageous.
