Help shape the future of talent at Amazon by enabling the growth of our Apprenticeship Program in Germany. As a Program Manager, you'll oversee strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and build strong partnerships across Amazon’s Customer Fulfillment Operations.
- Lead national and EU-wide projects that strengthen Amazon's long-term talent pipeline
- Drive data-informed decisions and continuous program improvement
- Support the creation of new apprenticeship pathways from concept to pilot and full-scale implementation
- Ensure compliance with national apprenticeship regulations and internal quality standards
- This new role supports the strategic expansion of apprenticeships in Germany, especially for RME (Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering). Your day-to-day will be varied and often ambiguous, requiring strong coordination across local and EU teams (RME, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Health & Safety, Amazon Web Services), General Managers, and Work Councils. You’ll also engage with external partners like Chambers of Commerce and training providers to ensure program compliance and quality. From designing new schemes to resolving blockers and analyzing performance, you'll help scale programs that address critical skills gaps and support Amazon’s long-term talent pipeline.
In Germany, you'll join a growing team with one senior program manager and two dedicated administrators, collaborating with local and EU partners to build programs that develop the next generation of Amazon talent. Bachelor's degree
