Für den Onsite Support am Standort unseres Kunden, suchen wir ab sofort einen IT-Techniker (m/w/d).Als Deskside bzw. Field Service Techniker/in lösen Sie Kundensupportprobleme direkt vor Ort am Standort unseres Kunden.
Ihre Aufgaben sind:
1. 2nd Level Support, Analyse und Beseitigung auftretender Störungen in Standard- und betriebsspezifischer Software und Hardware;
2. Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen via Ticketsystem;
3. Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Laptops und Druckern;
4. Regelmäßige Prüfung der IT-Ausstattung in Büros und Konferenzräumen;
5. Aufbau neuer Hardware und Lagerhaltung;
6. Eskalation und Kommunikation an 3rd Level mittels kundenspezifischen Ticketsystem.
Job Requirements
7. Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift;
8. Fundierte PC- Kenntnisse im Bereich Software und Hardware sowie in: Windows- Betriebssystemen WIN7 / WIN10, Netzwerk - und Office- Anwendungen, Mobile Device Management Support;
9. Wünschenswert wären darüber hinaus Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Exchange, Asset Management Tools, Office 365, IP- Telefonie, ITIL sowie Erfahrung mit einem Ticketsystem;
10. Die Person verfügt über eine IT- Ausbildung oder mehrjährige IT- Erfahrung als Quereinsteiger;
11. Führerschein Klasse B.
