Job Title: Attorney - Corporate Legal Counsel

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled attorney with a passion for technology and AI to join our Germany subsidiary’s Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) Customer and Partner Solutions (CPS) Commercial Legal team as a Corporate Counsel. This role involves handling a diverse portfolio of legal work critical to supporting some of the most strategically important products and services, including privacy and data use, artificial intelligence (AI), marketing, copyright, regulatory and commercial compliance, and transactional support for product engineering and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide independent legal advice on a wide range of issues and topics as part of a highly motivated team.
* Work closely with business managers to proactively advise them on legally sound solutions and support contract negotiations with customers and partners.
* Develop innovative legal solutions for individual circumstances and scalable results, implementing them in an economical and practical manner.
* Manage legal disputes, including overseeing external law firms representing us, and handle regulatory authorities.
* Create and oversee the implementation of internal compliance policies and train employees.
Experience Required:
* Fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer.
* Ideally 1-5 years of relevant work experience, gained either in a law firm or international company, or as a qualified entry-level professional.
* Specific knowledge of data protection, licensing, intellectual property, compliance, or public procurement law is an advantage; experience with external law firms is also valuable.
* Technical understanding of cloud is helpful; interest in the latest technical developments in software and IT is required.
* Excellent written and spoken English and German.
