Your tasks: Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting professional development.
Drive testing and validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
Support the design, integration, and optimization of automated test systems.
Participate in technical reviews, project planning, and resource coordination
Failure analysis and regression testing on physical products
Develop and maintain test specifications, procedures, and technical documentation
Evaluate and benchmark test equipment, measurement instruments, and validation solutions
Your profile: University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Previous experience leading teams, projects, or technical workstreams
Experience with power electronics products, including DC/DC converters, onboard chargers, battery systems, or high-voltage applications
Knowledge of Vector tools, AUTOSAR environments, or similar automotive development ecosystems.
Familiarity with National Instruments solutions such as LabVIEW and TestStand is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in English
