What awaits you:
Human Resources
* You are responsible for all HR matters within the entity, acting as the local HR contact
* You ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
* You are responsible for managing employee data and HR documentation
* You handle the entire recruiting process for our entity
* You are part of our global HR community
* You will translate global HR projects into local needs and ensure their effective implementation
Administration
* You are responsible for supporting order, offer and invoice handling
* You step in as a backup for operational tasks when needed
* You support the General Manager with scheduling, meeting preparation and follow‑ups
* You help manage internal communication and coordination
* You handle various administrative duties to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
* You organize files, manage office supplies and support internal processes
What you bring to the table:
* You have solid experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role
* You have strong knowledge of local labor law
* You have strong organizational and communication skills
* You have a proactive and hands‑on mindset
* You have good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus
* You have fluency in Swedish and English
