Job Overview
The Head of Service Unit plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and alignment across subsidiaries.
* Develop and implement comprehensive plans and budgets to foster synergy and efficiency.
* Represent shareholder interests, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Define objectives for Managing Directors, oversee and synchronize subsidiary CEOs with group strategy.
* Validate budgets and strategic orientations of subsidiaries to ensure alignment with group priorities.
* Collaborate with Finance & Controlling for budget establishment and monitoring, reviewing financial and operational performance of the SU and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
* Mastery's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar function and/or operational management, with a proven track record of leadership and cross-functional team collaboration.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, strong governance, and board-level exposure, with knowledge of governance standards.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French, or German, with the ability to effectively interact at CEO level.
