Your responsibilities
1. During the 18-24 months trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
2. You will learn from, network and collaborate with experts from different fields across Uniper, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects
3. You will contribute to our active trainee community, receive many training courses and development opportunities, and network with the trainee community
4. You will start in Finance for the first six months of your trainee program and then rotate flexibly upon your individual career development path and interests across the organization – you design your individual placement plan and receive support from your own mentor
5. In your predefined home unit Business Controlling, you will gain comprehensive experience on how business performance translates into financial performance and how to create transparency on that for management,
6. You will learn about closing and forecasting activities, mid-term planning, business steering, incentivisation, as well as digitalization activities
Your profile
7. Successfully completed studies in business administration, mathematics, international management, (energy) economics, preferably with a focus on finance
8. First practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
9. Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment, taking the initiative and proactivity while working in various teams
10. Communication skills and the ambition and skills to network among different stakeholders paired with analytical skills
11. Strong analytical and communication skills
12. English language skills are required, German is a plus
