Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Meat and Seafood Distribution Sales Representative, based in the Caribbean Region. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. The representative will also handle sales negotiations, meet revenue targets, and maintain a strong understanding of the meat and seafood products offered by the company.
Qualifications
* Sales and Marketing skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and understanding of sales cycles
* Knowledge of the meat and seafood industry, including product specifications and market trends
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a focus on customer service
* Analytical skills for market research, sales performance tracking, and identifying growth opportunities
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with distribution, logistics, and support teams
* Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
* Prior experience in food distribution, sales, or a related field preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
