Die WHU bietet Master of Science-Studienprogramme in den Bereichen Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, International Business sowie Business Analytics an. Die englischsprachigen Programme richten sich an Bachelor-Absolvent:innen, die ein Master-Programm auf höchstem akademischen Niveau mit Praxisbezug und internationaler Erfahrung verbinden möchten.

Dann werde Teil unseres hochmotivierten und internationalen Teams und unterstütze uns bei der Rekrutierung herausragender Kandidat:innen für die Master-Programme. Als Manager Recruiting (w/m/d) bist du Ansprechpartner:in für Kandidat:innen, entwickelst unsere Recruiting-Formate weiter und begleitest deren operative Umsetzung. Außerdem gehören spannende Themen im Sales-Bereich zu deinen Aufgaben.
Die Position ist im Umfang von 30 Wochenstunden (0,78 Vollzeitäquivalent) als Teilzeitstelle zu besetzen. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert oder entfristet werden.
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Begleitung und Beratung von Kandidat:innen für die Master-Programme über den gesamten Recruiting-Funnel von Erstkontakt bis zum Studienplatzangebot
2. Proaktive Nutzung der CRM-Plattform zur Sicherstellung einer zielgerichteten und hochqualitativen Ansprache über die gesamte Customer Journey
3. Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Erfolgskontrolle von Recruiting-Formaten on- und off-campus
4. Teilnahme an Hochschulmessen sowie Events zur Rekrutierung von Studierenden für die Bachelor- und Master-Programme verbunden mit Reisen zu (internationalen) Messen sowie gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit
5. Unterstützung des Associate Director Marketing & Admissions bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung des Recruitings
Ihr Profil
6. Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem relevanten Studienfach bzw. Ausbildungsbereich
7. Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Recruiting und/oder Sales, vorzugsweise im Hochschulumfeld
8. Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
9. Sichere und überzeugende Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
10. Hohe Affinität zu bzw. erste Erfahrungen in der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise Salesforce
11. Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Betrachtung sowohl des Details als auch des ‚Big Picture'

If so, you could be a great fit for our highly dedicated and international team and support us in recruiting motivated students from around the world. As Manager Recruiting (f/m/d) you will manage the complete candidate journey and take our recruitment operations to the next level. Exciting projects in the field of sales will complement your tasks.
This position is a part-time role with a workload of 30 hours per week (0.78 full-time equivalent) and is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.
Your mission
23. Supporting and advising candidates for the Master's programs throughout the entire recruiting funnel, from first contact to offering a study place
24. Proactive use of the CRM platform to ensure a targeted and high-quality approach across the entire customer journey
25. Supporting the design, implementation, and performance tracking of recruiting formats on and off campus
26. Participation in university fairs and events to recruit students for the Bachelor's and Master's programs combined with travel to (international) fairs and occasional weekend work
27. Supporting the Associate Director Marketing & Admissions in the further development and digitilization of recruiting
Your profile
28. Completed university degree or comparable training in a relevant field of study or training area
29. First professional experience in recruiting and/or sales, preferably in a university environment
30. Initiative, flexibility and organizational talent as well as outstanding service and customer orientation
31. Confident and convincing communication in spoken and written German and English
32. High affinity for or first experience in the use of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
33. Careful and reliable way of working with consideration of both the detail and the 'big picture'
