As the Vice President - Key Account Management in Retail, you will spearhead strategic partnerships with key clients within the retail industry. Your primary focus will be on driving the introduction and implementation of cutting - edge logistics automation solutions tailored specifically for retail logistics operations.
* Strategic Partnership Development: Take the lead in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships with key retail clients, and develop customized collaboration strategies that align with clients' business characteristics and industry trends, aiming to enhance their retail logistics operational efficiency, reduce supply chain costs, and achieve mutual benefits.
* Support the Implementation of Advanced Logistics Automation Solutions : Dedicatedly promote the adoption of state-of-the-art logistics automation solutions in clients' retail logistics operations. Precisely identify clients' pain points and demonstrate the value and return on investment of these solutions through professional assessments.
* Deep-seated Client Relationship Management : Serve as the key contact for high-level communication with major clients, and comprehensively maintain excellent client relationships. Regularly conduct high-level exchanges, strategic seminars with clients, and promptly address and resolve various issues and concerns that clients encounter in retail logistics operations. Continuously collect client feedback to optimize services and solutions, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Industry Trend Analysis and Strategy Formulation : Closely monitor the dynamics, policy changes, and competitor activities within the retail logistics industry. Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and risks. Based on industry trends, offer forward-looking advice and innovative solutions to clients, helping them stay ahead in the rapidly evolving retail logistics market. At the same time, enhance the company's professional influence within the industry.
Qualifications:
* Experience:
* 5-10 years of management experience at major retail companies, preferably in roles related with logistics, innovations, automation etc.; or
* Equivalent experience as a strategic partner with major retail companies, such as management consulting firms or logistics/technology/equipment suppliers.
