Your Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and corporate roles in Germany
* Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
* Conduct structured first interviews and ensure an efficient, professional candidate experience
* Partner closely with hiring managers (local and international) to define hiring needs and profiles
* Coordinate and guide interview processes, ensuring alignment and speed
* Support contract preparation and offer management
* Act as a key interface between German and Chinese stakeholders (translation, alignment, communication)
* Ensure compliance with German labor regulations (e.g. AGG)
* Continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring quality
Your Profile
* Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (in-house or agency)
* Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and German (required)
* Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or a fast-paced international environment is a plus
* Structured, hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
* Ability to work in a dynamic, scaling organization
* Confident stakeholder management across different cultures
