This position requires managing a portfolio mainly composed of SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPVs, drafting and reviewing legal documents, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg legal requirements.

* Main Responsibilities:

* You will manage the full lifecycle of SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPVs from incorporation to liquidation.

* You will draft and review legal documents, including contracts, resolutions, and loan agreements.

* You will collect necessary documentation and ensure full compliance with Luxembourg legal requirements in collaboration with the compliance team.

Profile Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment in Luxembourg.

* Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and third parties.

* A degree in law is required to demonstrate solid understanding of corporate regulations.

* Knowledge of tax matters will be considered an advantage in handling complex files.
